Libraries are a Risky Business, but with the Lethal Weapon of managing up, you can take control of your career and become a Top Gun at your institution. This session will explore the differences and similarities between mentoring and managing up, examine the work relationships around us via participant acted scenerios, and discuss how to deal with those managers who are challenging.
