This workshop teaches participants how to elicit cooperation and make better meetings. Anti-oppressive facilitation helps manage those who would dominate proceedings, asserts the authority of silent stakeholders, and redirects antagonistic feelings. Structured meetings and modified consensus can move ideas forward rather than letting them stagnate in committee.
