Do you want to move your library past “how it’s always been done”? We'll share ways you initiate positive institutional changes by starting with lower level employees and then letting those values and ideas trickle up and out, rather than waiting for change to come down. Empower your employees to be the innovators who lead the way… while working with your organization rather than against it. 

In addition to sharing our successes (and failures), this session will feature breakout discussions so that attendees can share their own ideas and get feedback from others. We'd love to hear from people at every level: from those who might feel a little powerless at the bottom to those at the top who want to foster an environment where their employees can be changemakers... and everyone in between!
