Choose Your Own Adventure! Using Real-Time, Rapid-Fire Assessment to Drive Library Instruction Sessions

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Like the beloved “Choose Your Own Adventure Books” from the 1980’s we plan on using interactive tools such as Poll Everywhere, Kahoot, Tophat, or Slido to allow attendees to drive the direction of this discussion.

In this session we will be using tools that allow us to gather immediate feedback from attendees in order to demonstrate how micro-assessments can both inform the direction of workshop discussions and allow instructors to gather meaningful data tailored for campus administrators. These techniques are ideal for the one-shot workshops frequently taught in libraries.
