Back to the Future... of You! Using Visual Thinking & Futures Thinking to Envision Your Best-Librarian Self

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Feedback form is now closed.
Using both visual thinking and futures thinking, you’ll learn how to envision your best-librarian self. Half creative imagining, half professional development, and all the way fun, these methods encourage us to Stand and Deliver our own truths, learning to own those truths in the process. Great Scott, does it sound too good to be true!? Not when combined with epic, facilitated know-how and knowledge creation you can actually use. Utilizing facilitated dialogue, reflective writing, and group discussion, by the end of this session participants will have envisioned their best self, identified how to incorporate that knowledge into their day-to-day library lives, and discussed "the possible," all in an effort to lean-in, lean-out, or just shake-it-all-about - becoming their best library-practitioner-self possible in the process.
