“Help, my computer crashed and I didn’t save my paper!” is probably all too familiar to anyone that’s worked in a public facing position. While tech support may not be in your job description, providing great services means that you sometimes have to break out of your normal roles. But not everyone feels that they have what it takes to provide totally tubular tech support. Don't have a cow, take a chill pill, and get the 411 on how to troubleshoot like a pro. Together, we'll walk through the process of assessing a situation and using agile problem solving to fix it.
