Guides can be a Wild Wild West of design, creating a Land of Confusion for users. At our library, we asked the hard questions, did a lot of training on how to Walk This Way, and all came together to create The Look - consistently structured and designed guides - which resulted in a Celebration, a 50% increase in page views within 6 months.
