My primary focus is revitalizing public library services using private sector processes while borrowing from successful public sector initiatives from the past. I do this in a small rural area. This laboratory environment is unique, and in some cases, replicable on a larger scale.
Programs and special collections are great. Improvising off the best ideas from academia has led to some successes.
